Fusion Tape

Pipe Repair Tape

Fusion Tape™ won’t crack or separate with sudden shock, vibration, expansion or contraction, making it an easy, secure long-term solution to tears and rips in wires, pipes and hoses.

This heavy-duty, self-bonding, self-fusing, seamless silicon tape is not tacky and requires no heat or tools to promote fusion.

  • Bonds into a permanent, inseparable, cohesive insulator at room temperature.
  • Has a dielectric strength of 400 volts/mil and works over a wide range of temperatures.
  • Can also be used as a primary cable insulation where Class H temperatures (180°C/356°F) are present.
  • Resists moisture and ozone, making it an excellent environmental insulator.
