It’s exceptional toughness resists cracking and can handle temperatures up to 450°F.
The pre-treated fabric assures the micro-fibers are significantly stronger than an untreated lay-up.
The two-part epoxy resin grade is selected for your application type. Custom formulations give our product exceptional properties of flexibility, adhesion, toughness, chemical resistance, thermal resistance, vibration and more. Special grades are available to handle your special situations.
Stop It® CR-E kits ship to the field with all components pre-measured and factory sealed. Everything is included: composite fabric, two-part epoxy resin, primer, stirring sticks and UV paint. The technician simply lays out a pre-measured reinforcement fiber section, mixes and applies the pre-measured epoxy resin components to the reinforcement. No measuring is required in the field and performance tolerances are tightened with controlled fabric/epoxy resin ratios.[/x_tab][/x_tabs]
