Flat Patch Pipe Repair
Stop It® Flat Patch is a leak sealant product designed for applications where localized repair is needed or full pipe wraps are impractical.
The carbon fiber composite repair system quickly restores operations for storage tanks, floating lids, vessels and large-diameter pipes operating at pressures up to 1,000 psi, and provides localized corrosion inhibition.

Pot Life: 8 minutes at 72°F (22°C), after mixing for films less than ½” thick
Sealant Viscosity: Gel-like before cure

Pressure Limitation: Recommended for pressures up to 1,000 psi (70 kg/cm2, 69 bar)
Maximum Operating Temperature: 135°F/51°C following ambient cure; 175°/80°C when annealed
Chemical Resistance
Stop It® Flat Patch is recommended for pressure sealing applications involving most categories of chemicals and hydrocarbons. Extended chemical resistance data is available upon request. End users are encouraged to verify specific resistance before application.
